Ana Mar Fernández Pasarín (EUGOV’s Director) and Andrea Lanaia (Post-doctoral Researcher) participated in the SISP Conference 2023 (Società Italiana di Scienza Politica) on September 16th 2023. Paper presented: «Contractual Leadership. The Role of the Commission in the Consensual Implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility».
